The first weekend of the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, set for April 14–16, 2023, is currently being planned. Frank Ocean, Blackpink, and Bad Bunny will give the festival’s headlining performances at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.

Rosala, Charli XCX, Jai Paul, Gorillaz, Boygenius, Björk, Kali Uchis, and a number of other well-known artists will also perform. Blink-182 has unexpectedly been added to the lineup, while Jai Paul’s performance from Sunday has been shifted to Saturday. By scrolling down, you can see the weekend’s full agenda.

Visitors to the desert festival will need to make plans for any scheduling issues, just like in previous years. For instance, on a Friday afternoon, Overmono, Pusha T, Muna, and Magdalena Bay all begin their performances within a half-hour of one another. Choosing between Burna Boy, Yves Tumor, and Blink-182 on Friday night will be difficult, and leaving early in order to see Kaytranada’s performance might be imperative.

Boygenius (8:10 at the Outdoor Theater) vs. Jai Paul (7:40 at the Mojave stage) is the Saturday matchup that might split your friendship group. You may need to find a solution that doesn’t involve a lot of effort in the morning if you like to save your energy for later in the day. Decide between watching Rosala and Yaeji, for instance, whose concerts start at 7 p.m., and Remi Wolf, Sofi Tukker, and the Breeders, whose performances begin between 6:25 and 6:40.

On Sunday, sets by 2manydjs, Kali Uchis, Alex G, Rae Sremmurd, and start at 5:40 p.m.; Christine and the Queens take the stage at 6:25.
