The Absolute Beginnings Of Guiding Horses Crafts

Well, where does one start?

Guiding Horses itself has been around for a while (it's a resource site for equine assisted therapy) now but its subsidiary (Guiding Horses Crafts) hasn't.

Kudos to me for making this more complicated than it needs to be.

I started the crafts side of things last year and it's a huge therapeutic project for me. I enjoy the process of creating unusual or quirky makes, and believe me, I've been experimenting a lot over the last year! Although the downside of all this, is the amount of money I have spent trying to find that one special niche. The niche that Guiding Horses Crafts will be well known for.

To be honest, I haven't got off to the best start. The biz has been slammed, basically, by Google because of the frequent name changes, frequent online store sites and just general lack of updates. So, now I've realised this (wondering why no one was visiting my store and buying despite promoting), I'm working that bit harder getting it sorted. This blog is part of that.

What I'm intending to do in this blog is to showcase my makes, document how I've created them (so if you want to have a go, you can!), my efforts at SEO, what else is happening in my life (to a certain extent) and anything else to do with crafting.

One thing: all images used on this blog (within the posts and pages) are copyrighted to me: Tina Collins. Amongst other things, I'm also an amateur photographer...I like the macro side of things and you will never find a portrait of a human. It's usually all flowers and nature.

You may also find links to Amazon.co.uk because I will be posting links to items I've purchased over time to help me set this biz up. I will receive some monetary compensation if you buy these products but there will be no extra cost to you.

I hope you join me in this and I look forward to hearing from you, too.
