JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Sales Chef, you will be conducting Kitchen Techniques session with sales team, designing and helping on Chefmanship skill matrix. You will also be responsible for the technical demonstration in customer kitchen and provide Features and Benefits of Product to customers and will also support in Menu Engineering, designing and consultancy to support sales. As a Sales Chef, you will also see yourself handling complaints and providing the funnel of new product development for Food Services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Matching the F&Bs to customer’s need by presenting all the POPs and PODs in call

Alignment of itinerary with ASMs and its timely roll-out to TMs and their teams

Taking final remarks of target chef/ decision maker on the basis of trail

Understanding features and benefits of product required in demo

To conduct trial practically in the premises of customer and taking pictorial view to submit report

Conducting feedback in case of any technical improvement feedback and recording the feedback

Plan and execution of JBPs activities with customers against company policy and set criteria of business feasibility

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3 - 4 years’ experience of kitchen (Hot kitchen, continental, Chinese, Pakistani) Sales chef experience will be preferred

A minimum of Bachelor's degree from any accredited local or foreign institute. Master's degree will be preferred
