Michael Peczynski Identified in Fatal Phoenix Car Accident
PHOENIX, AZ (May 16, 2024) – The Phoenix Police Department identified 70-year-old Michael Peczynski who died in an accident on 40th Street on May 6.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Cactus Road around 5:30 AM. Based on a report, Peczynski was driving a vehicle near the intersection before the wreck.
Due to unknown reasons, he failed to stop at a red light and collided with another vehicle. One of the vehicles landed on its side with extensive damage.
As a result, Peczynski suffered grave injuries and died at the scene.
Emergency crews transported a second person to a hospital for treatment.
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
