Marvin Saines Identified in Fatal Houston Accident on West 34th Street

 
HOUSTON, TX (September 15, 2023) – Officials identified 28-year-old Marvin Saines of Houston who died in a violent car crash on West 34th Street on September 6.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened near TC Jester Boulevard. Based on a report, Saines had a fight with 47-year-old Andrei Niculusca over his relationship with Niculusca’s girlfriend.
 
After the argument in a nearby parking lot, both men got into their vehicles and drove off. Niculusca followed the victim in his white Ford F-150 at a high rate of speed. He then struck Saines’ vehicle, causing it to lose control and hit a utility pole.
 
As a result, Saines sustained grave injuries in the incident. Medics airlifted him to the hospital, where he later died.
 
Police arrested Niculusca on aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
 
As of now, the case remains under investigation. In addition, no other details are available.
