Terms & Conditions

Buds Organics – Budsday Lucky Draw Party [“Campaign”] is organises by Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd [“Organiser”] and will run from 12^th June 2023 to 30^th June 2023 [“Campaign Period”].

Eligibility

The Campaign is open to anyone with a Malaysian address who is 18 years of age and above during the Campaign Period [“Participant”].

Individuals belonging to the groups listed below are not eligible for this Campaign:

• The employees of the Organiser, including all its subsidiaries and related companies and their immediate family members (child, parents, siblings, spouses); and/or
• Representatives, staff, workers and/or agents of advertising and/or promotional services to the organiser, including all its subsidiaries and related companies, and their immediate family members (child, parents, siblings, spouses); and/or
• Individuals that have a direct relationship or connection with any employee of the Organiser (including all its subsidiaries and related companies).

Campaign Details

Entries will be accepted starting on 12^th June 2023 (Monday) at 09:00 Malaysian time and ending on 30^th June 2023 (Friday) at 23:59 Malaysian time. The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to extend or modify the Campaign Period anytime without prior notice. The Organiser must receive all entries on the Campaign online form [“Entry Form”] on or before the time stated during that submission period. The Organiser will disqualify any entry after the deadline.

Each RM50 spend shall earn one (1) Campaign Entry Form. Each Participant may submit a maximum of three (3) entries.

Entry Forms that are incomplete, unclear and/or not in a satisfactory manner, howsoever, will be disqualified at the Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion.

How to Participate:

Step 1: Spend a minimum of RM50 on Buds Organics products in a single receipt at Buds Organics official retail partner stores, e-Store (www.budsorganics.co), Buds Organics Official Lazmall, or Buds Organics Shopee Official Store [“Participating Outlets”] to qualify.

Step 2:  Scan the QR Code at Participating Outlets and complete the Entry Form by filling in all the required fields and attaching a screenshot of your proof of purchase.

Proof of Purchase

• A single receipt of Buds Organics products worth RM50 and above within the Campaign Period at any Participating Outlets.
• Only valid screenshots of original receipts dated within the Campaign Period with an exact store name and order ID will be accepted.
• The purchase status needs to be in a Completed transaction.
• Duplicated receipts will not be accepted.
• Manual/handwritten receipts will not be accepted.
• Each entry must be accompanied by a photo with a clear printed transaction receipt from a terminal [“Proof of Purchase”] from Participating Outlets during the Campaign Period.
• Participant who is selected as the winner [“Winner”] is required to submit their Proof of Purchase (original) before the redemption/fulfilment of the prizes can be completed.
• Each Proof of Purchase can only be used once. The Participant entries will be disqualified in the event that the Proof of Purchase is used more than one (1) time.

Winner Selection, Campaign Prizes and Winners Announcement

Winners will be selected randomly by a random name generator. Each winner is eligible for only one (1) prize throughout the Campaign Period.

The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or in-kind, whether in part or full, refundable, or returnable. Prizes are subject to availability, and the Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The Organiser’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Campaign will be final, and no correspondence will be entered.

The decisions made by the Organiser are final, binding, and indisputable. Any form of disputes and/or complaints through any kind of medium will not be entertained.

Winner Announcement

The winner announcement will be made by 14^th July 2023 (Friday) via Buds Organics Official Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/BudsOrganics) and Instagram Page (https://www.instagram.com/BudsOrganics).

The winner will contact the Organiser through Facebook or Instagram direct message, and in the event the winner is unreachable, the Organiser reserves the right to select another winner.

The Organiser has the right to revoke the eligibility of winning participants who failed to comply with the prize redemption procedures set out by the Organiser. The Organiser will not be responsible for missing or late notices that were caused by factors outside of the Organiser’s control.

The winner might be required to provide valid identification documents during or prior to prize redemption. This is to validate the identity of the Campaign’s Participant/Winner. Proof of Purchase which is faded or damaged will be deemed invalid and will be disqualified.

Publicity

The acceptance of Campaign prizes is taken as permission being granted to the Organiser and its agencies to use the name and/or the photo of the participants for publicity, advertising and/or marketing purposes without prior notice and/or compensation.

Adhering to Campaign Terms and Conditions

By entering this Campaign, Participants are presumed to have read and agree with all the terms and conditions contained here and will adhere to all and/or any decisions the Organiser has made.

Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd (Buds Organics) reserves the right to cancel or stop processing any submission should there be any fraudulent entry. We will not be responsible for all the costs incurred due to the cancellation of the orders.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd (Buds Organics) has the right to change, amend, exclude, or add the T&C without prior notice at any point in time, and all eligible Participants are bound to these changes.

Suspension

Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd (Buds Organics) reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign without prior notice. To avoid doubt, any cancellation, termination, or suspension by the Organiser of the Campaign shall not entitle participants to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any losses or damages.
