The world Record effort is associated with the ultimate, strange, and wonderful work of man and the natural world. Guinness World Records is the world’s most prestigious official awarding body.

It was first published in 1955, following a dispute over the fastest game bird for shooting. Guinness World Records is the first and only of its kind to measure and document the incredible and courageous deeds of mankind.

Here are 21 weird and wonderful world records that you don’t know exist.

A family in Mexico covers 98% of their body hair.

Some people are hairier than others, but there is a family that is above them all. The Gomez family living in Mexico was awarded the Guinness World Record for the largest hairy family.

Four members of the family covered about 98% of their body hair and were awarded this record on February 1, 2000.

There are a total of 19 members in the family, including five generations, all of whom suffer from the rare disease of congenital generalized hypertrichosis (CGH).

CGH is where the face and torso grow enough hair. Women grow light to medium thick hair while men have thick hair.

All family members have allowed scientists to analyze their genes to find out if they are responsible for CGH.

David Rush can fit 100 liters of candles in his mouth.

This may not be your first thought when lighting a candle, but for David Rush, putting a burning candle in his mouth has led to great things.

On April 20, 2019, at a TEDx talk in Idaho Boyce, USA, Rush broke a new world record. He was able to hold and light 100 candles in his mouth at the same time.

The longest fingernail of all time is more than six feet long.

There are multiple records for the longest nails and the records are for both men and women. Some records measure the longest nails across two hands, come across a single hand, but only one record for the longest single nail.

Sridhar Chillal is the proudest grower of the world’s longest nails, with a total thumbnail length of 6 feet 4 inches (197.8 cm).

The loudest female bar almost deafened.

Burping is a normal human activity, and it is sometimes considered a sign of good eating. On June 16, 2009, Alyssa Cagnoni created the world’s loudest female burp with a total of 107.0 dB.

It sounds like a jackhammer from a distance of 3 feet 3 inches (1 meter). Every year in Reggiolo, Italy, there is an event called “Rotosound” at the Hardrock Beer Festival.

The event hosts a BARP competition to raise money for the charity.

A cat can balance ten dice in its paw.

BB is a pet short-haired cat with many talents, one of which is Pasha’s balance. This quiet cat lives in Malaysia with its owner Xu Bianchi.

On June 18, 2017, Bibi was able to hold ten dice in her paw without moving.

The longest distance to get milk out of the eye socket was 9′ 2″.

Eye piercings are more common than you might think; You just have to try them. On September 1, 2004, Ilkar Ilmaz became the champion.

In the Armada Hotel, Istanbul, Turkey, Almaz was able to express milk at a distance of 9 feet 2 inches (279.5 cm) from his eye socket.

66 people were crushed on a 42-foot-long surfboard.

Surfing is considered a one-man sport, where adrenaline seekers paddle into the ocean in search of the largest waves.

But on June 20, 2015, in Huntington Beach, California, USA, 66 people broke a new record by cramming on a surfboard.

The previous record was 47 on one board. At first, you might be thinking, “How does everyone fit on one board?”

Well, a custom-made board 42 feet (12.8 meters) in length was designed for the effort. The record was given for Visit Huntington Beach and Epic Big Board Ride.

Ann Woods holds the record for most “stylish” world championship wins.

Gardening is a British word for pulling the face in a certain way, and in the UK, they host the World Championships.

The Agreement Crab Fair, held in Cumbria, UK, has been held annually since 1267, making it one of the oldest fairs in the world.

Ann Woods Agreement holds Guinness World Record for most wins (women) at Crab Fair. He won a total of 27 competitions between 1977 and 2010 for the most pride.

Gary Turner owns the most stretched skin in the world!

A British man named Gary Turner holds the world record for stretched skin due to a disorder called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.

Ehlers-Danlos syndrome is a condition in which there is a problem with the connective tissue of the skin, ligaments, and organs.

The collagen in the skin is affected, which means the skin can stretch incredibly. This means that Turner can stretch his abdominal skin 6.25 inches (15.8 cm) away from his body.

Turner broke the record on October 29, 1999, in Los Angeles, California, USA.

The longest metal coil through the nose is about 12 feet long.

Las Vegas show performer Andrew Stanton broke the Guinness World Record on March 31, 2012. The record was for the longest metal coil to go through the nose and out of the mouth.

Stanton was able to pass a piece of metal measuring 11 ′ 10 ″ (363 cm) through his nose. The record was set on the set of “Low Show Dei Record” in Rome, Italy.

The largest pizza area in the world was 13,580.28 feet.

There have been many world record attempts associated with the creation of giant versions of our favorite foods.

But nothing as significant as the world’s largest pizza! Made in Italy on December 13, 2012, the world’s largest pizza measures an incredible 13,580.28 ft² (1,261.65 m²).

Pizza Goliath was named “Latvia” in honor of the first Roman emperor Octavian Augustus. The pizza was made in Fiora Roma, Rome, Italy by Dovilio Nardi, Andrea Mannochi, Marco Nardi, Matteo Nardi and Matteo Giannote.

The pizza was completely gluten-free.

Kim Goodman could pop her eyeballs 12mm away from their sockets.

Kim Goodman of the United States can take the ball out of her mouth. Goodman discovered that he could take his eyes off his skull after being hit in the head by a hockey mask.

“Protosis” is the word for the ability to pop your eyes out of your head. On November 2, 2007, in Istanbul, Turkey, Goodman pierced his eye 0.47 inches (12 mm) from his eye socket, breaking a new world record.

The record was measured by an optometrist, three times in total to get the average distance using an optometer.

The longest kiss in the world took more than 58 hours.

Valentine’s Day was the longest kiss in the world for three days to share love. The kiss took place on February 12-14, 2013, and lasted 58 hours, 35 minutes, and 58 seconds.

Ekkachai Tiranarat and Laksana Tiranarat of Thailand were a world record winning couple. They not only won a Guinness World Record but also awarded a cash prize and two diamond rings to the winning couple in the annual competition.

The largest object removed from the human skull was a drill bit.

On August 15, 2003, Ron Hunt was awarded a Guinness World Record for surviving a fatal accident.

Hunt falls off a ladder while using a drill. He landed on a fixed spinning drill bit 18 inches (46 cm) long.

Not only did he land on it, but he landed on his face, forcing the drill bit with his right eye and finally with the skull just above his right ear.

After being admitted to Washo Medical Center in Nevada, USA, surgeons noticed that the drill bit had passed over his brain.

He would have died if the drill bit had entered his brain.

Ruan Liangming endured being covered in about 637,000 bees.

On May 15, 2014, in Fengxin County, Yichun City, Jiangsu Province, China, Ruan Liangming broke a world record for enduring the largest bee cover in the world.

There were approximately 637,000 bees, of which about 60 queen bees weighed 140 pounds 6.95 oz (63.7 kg).

The record was attempted during the filming of both the CCTV-Guinness World Records Special and the Low Show Dei Record.

The heaviest weight lifted by the tongue was the equivalent of a three-year-old child.

The tongue is said to be the most powerful muscle in the body, but have you ever tested it? The UK has Thomas Blackthorne, and he even won a world record for the power of his tongue.

On August 1, 2008, at the El Show Olympics in Mexico City, Mexico, Blackthorn lifted an incredible 27 pounds 8.96 oz (12.5 kg) with his tongue.

Jack was able to break the Guinness World Record by opening 35 canned drinks in one minute. The record was broken on January 12, 2012, in San Jose, California, USA.

The world’s fastest bathtub reached 116.08 miles per hour.

Bathtubs are designed to be comfortable and moisturizing after a hard day’s work, but they can be used for many more things.

Swiss engineer Hanes Roth decided he wanted to turn a bathtub into a racing car. Being a racing driver himself, he knew what it would take, so he spent 300 hours changing a bathtub to set a world record.

The chariot fixes a bathtub in a go-kart chassis and additionally attaches the necessary bathtub, like a showerhead, along with a four-cylinder Yamaha engine.

After many Test runs, Roth took the motorized tub to the Dynamic Test Center in Wavelin, Switzerland in an attempt to set a world record.

On May 6, 2016, the bathtub reached a maximum speed of 116.08 mph (186.82 km / h) with an average speed of 118 mph (189.9 km / h).

412 people washed their dishes at once.

Washing dishes is often seen as a chore, but it was also a fun activity for this group. On June 16, 2017, 412 people gathered in Algiers, Algeria, to break the record for most people washing dishes at once.

The record went to Henkel (Algeria) and Prill-Isis.

The greatest distance to catch a grape in the mouth was more than 350 feet.

On September 7, 2009, Paul E. Lide was able to hold a grape in his mouth at a distance of 354 feet 4 inches (108 meters).

He broke the record for the longest distance at ground level that a grape was thrown in the face. The record was set at Fort Mote in South Carolina, USA.

Freddie Knock walked alongside her in the highest cable car!

Freddie Knock holds the Guinness World Record for his daring skills.

On January 29, 2011, Knock walked 1,876 feet 7 inches (572 meters) with a cable car at the Silvaplana Ski Resort in St. Moritz, Switzerland.

The cable car is 10,836 feet 7 inches (3,303 m) above sea level. He initially started to lose his previous record for the longest cable car walk but had to stop due to bad weather, which meant he only broke the altitude record.

The weather was so bad that the average temperature was 5 ° F (-15 ° C).
