This statistic is based on information gathered from around 32 different metrics. The number of policemen in the region, crime rates per 1,000 people, the number of CCTV cameras, and the safety of citizens are among these features.
Coventry reported one of the lowest numbers for the number of crimes committed with 28,000 across the year. Coventry also only reported around 380 CCTV cameras in the city according to Coventry’s council which makes it one of the lowest for a city in the UK.
