A burger to put a cheesy smile on your hungry child
400g ground chicken
1/4 cup shredded cheese
2 garlic cloves minced
11/2 tsp dried mix of oregano, basil & parsley
salt & pepper to taste
2 handfuls of breadcrumbs
Mix all ingredients together to form patties
Dip into the breadcrumbs
Fry in a Shallow Pan until cooked through
A burger for your mini me
400g ground beef
tsp garlic powder
1tbsp Worcestershire / soy sauce
4 small slices of cheese
Mix well and form patties
Fry in a shallow pan until cooked
Top with cheese whilst they are still warm
Your kids will love this when you slide these in front of them
1 can chickpeas (rinsed)
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1/2 red onion chopped
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp tahini sauce
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Ground all of the ingredients together in a blender
Mix into patties
