Tags: film

Film has changed and evolved a lot from what it was at the time of its inception. After the birth of digitalization, the Film medium has been revolutionized by the same quite enormously. Be it in the cinematography department, in the editing department, sound department or be it in the marketing, distributing and exhibiting sections, cinema has been hugely impacted due to its adaptation of digitalization. Celluloid in cameras is no longer used in most of the films made today. It has been replaced by digital cameras. Shooting with digital cameras have proven to be much cheaper when compared to celluloid. This is because unlike celluloid, a digital camera can record numerous times without any extra money being wasted, which was never possible with the former. This works as an opportunity for filmmakers to take endless takes and shots which might many times be needless. This, however, does wastes shooting shift time thus wasting money. Similarly, all other departments enjoy the benefits of digitalization. Today short films are immensely popular due to the advent of digital platforms. International Institute of Film and Fine Arts is a film institution established for more than ten years now engaged in providing film education and training for film students. Such good institutes are established to fulfill the dreams of people aspiring to make a career in the film world. Nowadays people are very much interested in the art and medium of short films. They may get involved in those in any of the departments and contribute their parts in the like of cinematography, direction, acting or anything else. There are a lot of motivational factors attracting people towards this medium such as popularity, good income, recognition and the passion of the work itself. India is the largest producer of films as compared to any other nation annually and the number of short films made for digital platforms, sharing sites and festivals are also increasing hugely. This is quite a good thing, but what is not so good is the hard fact that most of these films lack in quality. Yes, some films are good enough but a country having such a rich history of film, deserves much better quality in most of the films made. This deficiency of quality is mainly due to the lack of well training and learning in the film medium of many people engaged in the unit of these films and short films. Yes, getting well trained and acquiring a good education in any field is absolutely necessary if one wants to make a profession out of it and film is no different. International Institute of Film and Fine Arts is one of the best film institutions that is providing different courses of this medium such as direction and screenwriting, cinematography, editing, photography, acting, and advanced film making. Aspiring film students can join this institution and fulfill their dream.
