- 1 large orange
- 2 tomato
- Olive oil
- salt
- 1/2 balsamic vinegar
– pit removed and sliced avocado, sliced the orange and tomato in a bowl combine all the ingredients add 1/2 balsamic vinegar and the Olive Oil and salt to taste.
