The apartment belongs to a corporate Lawyer and his wife who runs a scholarship to provide legal education for underprivileged kids. They live with their two kids and an adorable dog.

The home along with the wrap around decks is approximately 4000 sft. It is located in Tardeo at a luxury high rise building. There were no major structural changes made. However the team did enclose a service passage into the master bedroom and create a walk in wardrobe from that space.

The materials, furnishings, the lighting, the art etc gives you a feeling of walking into a well designed space. The space is extremely contemporary in style and aesthetic; a space to function as a family and at the same time be extremely conducive to entertaining.

The home has a muted palette with one or two strong monochromatic elements. The pops of colour usually come in the form of art and plants to balance it all out. In this particular home, the team has incorporated the monochromatic elements in the form of a striking striped dresser in the master bedroom, and the mosaic flooring in the powder room.

The colour comes if the form of all the art, as the owners are avid art collectors. The master bedroom and bathroom has the interplay of toned down shades, the art ,the black and white dresser, the materials and textures, the stunning Dior inspired wallpaper, all just worked so well.
