Terrariums are like mini Plant kingdoms, and very fun to create, all you need to do is to do it right. All you need is the right supplies and less than half an hour to make your very own terrarium. To make a terrarium you will require a glass container, succulents, cactus, ferns or small plants, pebbles, activated charcoal, moss, potting soil and decorative pieces.

To ensure the terrarium is healthy, never over-water as this can cause root rot. Spray water at the base of each plant with a spray bottle sparingly when the soil has gone almost dry.
