A 11 day festival that aims to showcase the vibrant city of Bengaluru is full of art, culture, food, technology and crafts – much like the city.

As the Unboxing Blr Habba reaches its grand finale, here is what you can do this action-packed weekend to understand the city’s vibrant ethos.

A city that has many layers, Bangalore is like no other and this is the ethos behind the 11-day Unboxing Blr Habba 2023 that has been conceptualised and put together by the team of Unboxing BLR. The aim of this extravaganza is to preserve and celebrate Bengaluru’s rich heritage and further reiterate the city’s growing stature on the global map.

Basavanagudi Elegance – Essence is a fine tribute to one of the oldest areas of the city that is known for its rich culture and heritage. This rare Photo Exhibition of 100 years of Basavanagudi has some great images of what the area looked like decades ago. 

The Terminal 2 Airport art walk that brings you up-close with 60 works of art by 43 artists – a great way to showcase how the theme of navarasa is interpreted by different artists as well. he Art Programme at Terminal 2 of BLR Airport is an initiative to showcase art in a public space. There are 60 artworks displayed at key locations at T2. These commissioned artworks by 43 artists are inspired by Karnataka’s rich heritage and culture and Naurasa (nine expressions) that’s mentioned in Bharata Natyashastra.
