Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS) is a whole-body Workout with hardly Noticeable Electric Impulses that aims to help you burn calories at an accelerated rate.

EMS has been used by physiotherapists since the 1920’s. It is a whole-body workout with hardly noticeable Electric Impulses and is done for 20 minutes maximum once or twice a week.
