Beetroots – Three Ways

Beetroots are a Vegetable that are packed with nutrients and good health and can be used in a variety of ways to add a dash of colour to your meal.

A summer produce, beetroot is a seasonal vegetable that cam amp your dish from drab to fab. With its rich colour, the dish is versatile and can be used in many kinds of dishes.

Vikas Seth, Chef & Culinary Director, Embassy Leisure explains, “I have a personal preference for roasted beetroot and I find it to be a delightful ingredient. I particularly enjoy using the roasting technique to enhance its flavors.”
