Another problem is keeping up with regular kitchen cleaning and upkeep, which may be especially challenging while juggling other commitments like job and childcare. Furthermore, it can be difficult to strike a balance between healthy meal preparation and the convenience and cost of pre-packaged foods.

While it can be difficult for a woman chef to balance professional and personal obligations after becoming a mother. Motherhood has a unique set of responsibilities, and managing the demands of job and family can be challenging. However, with adequate preparation, organisation, and support, it is feasible to maintain a healthy work-life balance and flourish in both areas. Many female chefs have successfully juggled their professional and personal commitments after becoming mothers, and have even used their experiences to become better chefs and entrepreneurs.
