Yoga Guide – Types of yoga

• Kundalini yoga
Kundalini Yoga includes movements with repetition and dynamic breathing. It is a very energetic type of yoga.

• Bikram yoga
This type of yoga will be performed in a heated room with high humidity to flush toxins and help losing weight.

• Vinyasa yoga
also called flow yoga. As the name already says it you go from one pose to another in a flow. There are different sets of poses. Very popular in this class are sun salutations. With this pose you can go from a slow pace to a fast pace which is a great workout.

• Hatha yoga
Hatha yoga has lots of different poses and excercises. It is great for beginners because it is a more relaxing form of yoga.

• Prenatal yoga
Includes lots of stretching and preparation for child-birth. Helps against pregnancy discomforts.

• Restorative yoga and meditation
This ist the most relaxing type of yoga which includes lots of stretching and holding the stretch for a longer time.
