I started taking this medication yesterday I always like to go there natural alternative route and I was looking for something that would lift my mood so I decided to try this dietary supplement and hopefully it would see some results instead of turning to prescription medication. I truly like some of the things that are in its vitamin A vitamin K iron it is non GMO which is great. My mood is lifted today but I know that with using it for a little while I'll see more results it says that you can take up to 6 tablets a day. I've only taken one yesterday and 1 today so I might up my dosage. I would recommend this to anyone who's looking for a natural supplement that can promote energy and vitality.
