Today I received Diamond Elite Health Products. this is the stress reduction formula B complex vitamins including B1, B2, B6, B12,folic acid,and niacin. It says that it is stress relieving I took one this morning for breakfast with all of the B vitamins it did give me a lot of energy I did feel calmer today. As if I could handle certain situations that would have stressed me out a lot easier. I do know that with taking supplements sometimes it takes a few days for to build up in your system before you get a True Result. The capsules are green normal capsules and nothing too big it would be easy to get down. I absolutely love how natural it is that even the capsules or vegetable capsules, it's just an vitamin supplement to help reduce stress and I believe to give up a little energy. I received this product completely free off of Amazon Trader review.com for my honest review. I believe this is a great product and once it builds up in my system that I will be even more results so I will do an update and let you know how things are going but yes I would recommend this for someone who's looking for an alternative to traditional medicines
