This fits Spirit massage muscle roller is a wonderful. It gets down deep in there and loosen up those muscles and makes you feel better after using it I feel like a whole different woman. I definitely would recommend this for anyone who works out or runs are just as having back issues. The massager stick is easy to handle it does take a little getting used to trying to use it on your own back but if you have someone doing it for you it's absolutely amazing and it gets down deep and they are and loosens everything up.
The seller is polite they send follow-up emails to make sure that you are satisfied with the product you have purchased. I would definitely recommend buying anything from the seller.
