This is a wonderful lavender essential oil. It is Ultra Pure Lavender oil. You can apply it to your diffuser or humidifier. I have mixed it with my jojoba oil and has been wearing it around my neck as perfume and I have had no irritation and I absolutely love it. Thistle lavender oil does small little different than what I'm used to but I love the smell of it it's very natural.
