Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for recruitment of Civil Assistant Surgeons, Staff Nurses, Pharmacists Gr.II and  Lab. Technicians Gr.II in the following newly sanctioned Primary Health Centers, which are under the control of the District Medical and Health Officer, Kurnool, under 13th Finance Commission :-

Qualification ::   MBBS Degree.
AGE : The  minimum  age  is  18  years  and  the  maximum  age  is  40  years.  The  minimum  and maximum  age  shall  be  reckoned  as  on  01-07-2016  with  the  following  relaxations  to  the maximum age limit, upto a max. of 45 years, as per rules :-
i. For SCs, STs & BCs 5 (five) years.
ii.  For  Ex-Servicemen  3  (three)  years  in  addition  to  the  length  of  service  in  armed forces.
iii. For Disabled persons 10 (ten) years.

 Must have registered with Andhra Pradesh Nursing Council with upto date renewal
AGE : The  minimum  age  is  18  years  and  the  maximum  age  is  40  years.  The  minimum  and maximum  age  shall  be  reckoned  as  on  01-07-2016  with  the  following  relaxations  to  the maximum age limit, upto a max. of 45 years, as per rules :-

 Diploma in Pharmacy / Bachelor of Pharmacy. 

 Must have registered with Andhra Pradesh Pharmacy Council with upto date renewal. 

 Computer skills.

Academic Qualification ::  SSC

 Diploma in Medical Lab. Technology recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

 (or) 

 2 Years Intermediate Vocational Course in DMLT and have one year clinical training in selected Government Hospitals (in which these students have been permitted to undergo clinical training) 

(or) 

completed one year apprenticeship training in identified hospitals and awarded “Apprenticeship Completion Certificate” by the Board of Apprenticeship Training, GOI, Southern Region, Chennai. (or) 

 B.Sc. Medical Lab. Technology. 

(or) 

 B.Sc. with BZC in first class / B.Sc. (Life Science) in first class with P.G. Diploma in Medical Lab Technology issued by the NIMS, Hyderabad / SVIMS, Tirupathi. 

 Must have registered with Andhra Pradesh Para Medical Board with upto date renewal.

SELECTION PROCEDURE :  

1. For the post of Civil Assistant Surgeon, out of a total of 100 marks, 90 marks shall be allotted against the marks obtained in the qualifying examination i.e. Final MBBS (Part-I and Part-II) and 10 marks against waiting period @ 1 mark for each year of waiting after completing MBBS course i.e. after completion of Internship, subject to a maximum of 10 marks. 

2. For the post of Staff Nurse, Pharmacist Gr.II and Lab-Technician Gr.II, out of 100 marks, 45 marks will be allotted against the marks obtained in the academic qualification, 45 marks will be allotted against the marks obtained in the technical qualification and 10 marks for weightage from the date of passing technical qualification @ 1 mark per year of waiting after completion of technical qualification, subject to a maximum of 10 marks. 

3. Merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained with above criteria and displayed in the website www.kurnool.ap.gov.in for transparency.

 The filled in Applications should be send to the District Medical & Health Officer, Kurnool in person (or) by Register Post on or before 01-10-2016 by 5.00 P.M., alongwith attested Xerox copies of relevant certificates and Demand Draft for Rs.100/- drawn in favour of DISTRICT MEDICAL & HEALTH OFFICER, KURNOOL (Exempted for SC & ST candidates). 

 Applications received after the due date will not be entertained. This Office is not responsible for the postal delay. 

 Cutoff date for age and qualifications is 01.07.2016.
