The Value Of Sports For A Healthy Life


Sports are very important.Because they help to develop both Body and mind.They make our bodies strong by giving them exercise.Strong and Healthy bodies. in turn help to keep our minds healthy.
                                                       Today most children are too busy with their studies. They have no time to play.Children should be given a chance for sports and have fun.There are many varieties of sports.Some of them are Cricket,Rugger,Netball, Volleyball,Badminton,Running and Swimming.
                 Some sports give practice in making eyes,brain and muscles work together.This practice gives valuable training for life.Mental development only is not enough for a growing child.child. He/She should have a physical development as well.During the growing period a child needs good exercise to keep hi/her body fit.Sports help the child grow up into manhood.On the other hand they support in character building.When we play hard games such as Rugby,Football and Netball,we play hard to win the game as a team.The players learn to accept both defeat and victory in the same spirit.Good sportsmen or sportswomen have good qualities such as patience,courage and a sense of responsibility.
