I used to drink tea and coffees a lot before I switched to Green Tea.Having too much coffee or tea may harmful to health.So I decided to drink Green tea.I am a Green tea drinker,not for the love of the taste-no way! I drink it,because it is good for health. But recently I decided to look into deeper inside and found the details that why people are showing interest to have Green tea.
