One thing you can expect from this month's Bokksu box would be Mizu Yokan 水ようかん.
Yokan is a term for a thick, jellied dessert typically made with red bean paste, agar, and sugar. Mizu Yokan is a type of yokan that is made with more water than usually and often chilled into smaller servings to serve during the summer!
