To add this widget you must have paypal account.If you do not had it then you have to made it first.After making account you can start the process.
First Login to paypal account.
Click The Merchant Services.
Then click to donate option
After Selection fill the form, Leave step-2 and step-3 as default
Done your Donate Button created.
click on remove code protection to simplify the code.
Now login to blogger account and go to layout.
Add a gadget of html/javascript and paste the code there
save the gadget you had done it.
you the change the position of paypal button gadget by dragging but i will recommend to place the gadget in side bar but choice is yours.
