It’s that time of year again, Girl Scout Cookie time!! With all the cute little girls in their girl scout vests it’s hard to say no when they ask you, “would you like to buy a box of cookies?”. So instead of devouring a whole box while watching the Bachelor, I decided to put them to good use!
I went Cold Stone Creamery style and grabbed a tub of fat free vanilla frozen yogurt (to help with the calorie count) and started smashing the cookies into the ice cream. The cookies began to soften and blended right in. I then put it back in the freezer for about 10 minutes to set back up.
I decided to go all out and grab my Redi-whip and Ghirardelli chocolate sauce.
