Toke Makinwa is one of most stylish media personalities in Nigeria and it is no news that the OAP puts a lot of effort into her looks. However, her fans think that she needs to tone it down a notch when it comes to her make-up.
Moments ago, the media girl shared a video of herself getting her face beat by an MUA, on her Instagram page with the caption: Lanchesssss and that Glowwwwwww 💋💄👑🌟🔥🔥🔥#beautyenthusiast💋 #shineon.
Immediately, her fans began to criticize the make-up, saying she looked like a corpse and a fake b***h. Others just stated that she should try to share more make-up free photos.
Beautician Dabota Lawson, and vocal powerhouse Waje quickly came to Toke’s defense and shut down her fans for such hateful comments. Waje pointed out that Toke wasn’t getting dolled up for them but for herself while Dabota just encouraged the OAP to keep glowing.
This isn’t the first time Toke’s make-up will be criticized by her fans. A few weeks ago, she lashed out at a fan who advised her to let her face breathe.
