Are you ready to see your favorite characters die?

Even though it’s been recently revealed the actors were given fake scripts and actions scenes so they didn’t know the true ending of the Movie themselves, we are still lead to believe some of our favorites will be leaving the big screen as part of the Avengers.

It’s been stated by even the actors themselves, there will be a lot of death in Avengers: Infinity War, but who is the likeliest to die and why?

Time to do the countdown.

In the tenth place, we have Hawkeye.

Talk about alarm bells. When his family was introduced to us it seemed we would be expecting his untimely demise but it seemed he lived to act in another movie. When the release of Avengers: Infinity War came about it has just confused everyone. He isn’t in the trailers, he isn’t even on the poster.

Ninth position: The Hulk

He was given a much larger presence in the Thor Ragnarok movie, where we’ve been given a huge indicator of how difficult it is becoming to become loveable nerdy Banner. It’s hard to determine if his character will survive – especially after the romance they have built up between Banner and Black Widow, but only time will tell.

Number eight: Nebula

There are two guesses when it comes to this character with the gruesome backstory. Either she will die attempting to get the stones from Thanos, or live long enough to become the next villain. In my eyes, she seems like an amazing character with a lot of backbone, but who knows what the directors have in store for us.

Seventh position: Kraglin

His presence in Guardians of the Galaxy has been amusing and loveable. But despite this, it seems like he’s a rather expendable character, and although it would be sad, it wouldn’t be too devastating for viewers to remark the movie as terrible.

Sixth position: Drax the Destroyer

For the people likely to not survive, this one feels accurate but also sad. Drax has a way with the audience with his lack of understanding sarcasm, but it makes him so loveable. Unfortunately, he has the most to gain from taking every risk of destroying Thanos. Drax made his need to kill Thanos obvious, and thus it’s believed he may do anything to stop half the galaxy from being destroyed.

Getting down to the nitty-gritty: Number Five: Vision

This one feels a bit obvious, his life force and abilities are powered by the crystal which Thanos in inevitably going to get, we see him scream in pain in the trailers, and they are building up a love interest with him and the Scarlet Witch. Seems like it’s time to say goodbye to the being that was “just born yesterday”.

Fourth Place: Heimdall.

If it’s not written on his forehead, it’s written in his actions. This man will do anything to protect the people of Asgard and this might include his sacrifice. He was given a much larger role in the most recent Thor movie, which leaves me to believe that their trip to Earth will be his first and last vacation.

And in Bronze place: Loki

The God of Tricks might be performing his last. We seem him handing over one of the stones to Thanos, but does he get killed for real in return? So much for gratitude. Like Heimdall, his role and presence in the universe has been steadily growing. This might just be me, but I love his character development, especially with his recent change to being with Thor and the Asgardians – but will he give us a direct switch to evil before his demise?

Taking Silver…And Gold (Yep it’s a tie): Iron Man and Captain America

The actor himself is getting over the role as Iron Man and they have been building his character to a man who can’t bear to see the people he cares about, die. So even though we were expecting others in this position, it seems like his death is imminent. That being said, poor Pepper.

Chris Evans has all but said he will definitely die in the movie. He seems to have the effort for one more movie, but who knows? Maybe his death makes more sense in this current movie but until the feature is in the cinema ready for viewing, I guess we will never truly know.

That being said, since Civil War, and the actor’s themselves, these two are just as likely to die as each other.

I’m hoping, it doesn’t end up too much like Game of Thrones…
