Khloé Kardashian nixed filming a new episode of Kocktails With Khloé this week amid concerns over Lamar Odom‘s sobriety after it was revealed just a few days ago that he was drinking at a pub in Sherman Oaks, California.

The KUWTK star allegedly put the show on pause this week, according to insider reports from sources involved with production.

Although she cited a sickness for being unable to shoot, those same sources are alleging it’s actually acute stress and anxiety over Lamar that have left her in this position.

Khlo, of course, is extremely concerned about Lamar’s actions in light of the fact that he’s refusing to get treatment as he continues drinking.

Apparently, the two have been fighting over his actions all week.

Let’s just hope Lamar does what he needs to do to stay healthy — goodness knows Khloé is too loyal and too loving to go through such a difficult period again with Lamar like what happened last year.
