This way, you will give hundred per cent of yourself to everything you do. Pushing yourself all through the day may help you to do more. But you will have no energy left at the end of the day. Your loved ones deserve some quality time with you.

Write down everything you feel thankful about at work. Your boss may be providing hot water in the office. Or it can be a coworker helping you finish a project on time. Whatever it is, write it down. The list is sure to surprise you at the end of your working hours. A gratitude list, according to experts, offers numerous health benefits.
