Ingredients
1 Pound uncooked shrimp (peeled, deveined and tails left intact)
1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
2 Teaspoon capers, chopped
1/4 Teaspoon paprika
2 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 Teaspoon ground chicken bouillon
2 Small fresh thyme sprigs
1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
What-To-Do
In a medium saucepan, heat up olive oil.
Add shrimp, garlic and ground chicken bouillon.
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes (Stirring every minute or so to avoid burning).
Add lemon juice, paprika, capers and herbs.
Stir in butter. Allow to melt for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy!
Perfect with linguine, or steamed rice.
