Its not every day I get to go to a spa and brag about it to everyone in the world but that's exactly what I am going to do. 

I've complained about back pain, muscle spasms, and over all just a still back since mid into my third pregnancy, thinking it was going to go away after little miss born was proven to be wrong. Nine months later my back was worse than ever and I felt like an old grandma instead of the cool young mom. After months and months of complaining about my poor back I started talking about acupuncture with my lovely significant other but if you have ever gotten this treatment done you know it's important to find someone who educated in Ancient Chinese medicines. Sadly it's a bit harder to find an amazing acupuncturist than it is to find a doctor or masseuse but I get to brag that I did find who I think may be one of the best. 

Charlene at Suma Wellness Center in Longwood located in the beautiful Historic Longwood District (my childhood city) was one of the best acupuncturist I have seen. Not only did Charlene make me feel like she genuinely cared about me and my pain but she took the time to really get to know me and my history with pain. We talked about each of my pregnancies, my daily routine, past injuries, I mean the whole works.
