There comes a point in our lives when things have not gone as planned and things go completely awry. The great thing about life is that everybody is going through something .. some people are better at dealing with it than others. Don't worry I'm not having a quarter life crisis or anything like that .. just in a pensive mood.


Soo ... I've been hearing about Selena Gomez's new Album "Revival" , decided to give it a listen and it's actually pretty good. She mainly sings about things that many young women go through .. love , heartbreak , finding yourself and all those things we see in chick flicks. Selena had a rather interesting transition into womanhood coming out of a high profile relationship that was on again off again and we all watched that train crash and burn.



Like Selena , when we are faced with these challenges ( whatever they are ) instead on wallowing in self pity , binge eating ice cream or doing the "big chop" , just pull yourself together and have a Revival. Easier said than done but it's worth a try! I was once told that "the world does not stop just because YOU are having a bad day " and that is so true. The world won't "freeze" like in the movies when you are having a bad time then "unfreeze" when you are better. Get up and shake it off and have your own revival.
