Sunday January 8 was the 74th Golden Globe Awards 2017 held at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills California and aired on NBC. The Golden Globes is the Awards Show that gives recognition to Actors and Actresses best in Film and Television.

This year the show was hosted by Jimmy Fallon , late nigh talk show host. As er usual , Jimmy had an over the top "CinemaScope" opening that featured Justin Timberlake and there was his far reaching jokes. Top winners of the Night was "La La Land" , "Fences" and "Atlanta".


We here at Haue People was moved by Ryan Gosling's first win for which he gave credit to his wife and dedicated the Award to her Brother who lost the battle with Cancer. Tracee Ellis Ross was the first Black woman to win in her category for over 35 years and Viola Davis won for her role in "Fences" which is an on stage production on the Big Screen. It was an overall great event and we were also in tune to the Fashion ( that you can see below )
