I was going to write a post before I went away on holiday this time, but things got a bit out of hand. As they tend to do. But I have now started my two week Vacation and I have many Lovely plans.

I started on Friday by doing some shopping, tidying and packing.Before loading up the car and driving in to the summer-house.

The weather had noticed that it was time to enjoy the outside, so it decided to give us some very large downpour. But we had good food, lovely drinks and I brought many books and some podcasts that I wanted to catch up on.

Sunday started with a lot of rain too, So it was a morning with much coffee, candles and podcasts, before making a large breakfast. After a while it was time to move a little to make sure that I did not grow in to the sofa. So I went for a good walk. I got very wet, but it was lovely to get some fresh air.

I got out of the wet clothes and in to dry ones and lit a fire to make it warm and cosy. Perfect for sitting down with a good pen and a nice notebook and start working on posts to make my ambitious new attempt on a post a day in September.

Monday came with bright lovely sunshine, so we stayed outside in the sun all day. I went for a new walk to get some fresh blueberries and cherries to enjoy. I luckily remembered to put some sunscreen on before I fell asleep in the sunshine.

We had plans for Tuesday so we had to drive home in the evening, but we had a lovely start to our vacation.
