Ingredients

  • 1 jalapeño (seeded)
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoon vegan margarine or butter
  • 1 tablespoon vegan cream cheese spread
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup vegan cheese shreds or 2 slices vegan cheese

Recipe

Slice the Jalapeño lengthwise, place them on a baking dish and roast in an oven preheated 400 degree Fahrenheit.

Spread vegan margarine and vegan cream cheese on opposite sides of each bread slice. Top it with vegan cheese shreds and place them on a heated frying pan. When the cheese melts, add jalapeno slices. Add bread crumbs to one bread slice and top with another slice. Keep the vegan cheese side downwards. Rotate until both sides are crispy and golden brown.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 4 cups of water
  • Any sweetener (Optional)

Recipe

Soak the almonds in water for 2 days and let them plump. Drain the excess water and add two cups of fresh water to almonds. Pour them into a blender and blend on high for two minutes. Repeat the process until the water turns white. Strain the mixture, and you’ll get about two cups of almond milk. Add a sweetener if needed or drink it raw.

Dinner

Ingredients

  • 2 cups roughly chopped and 1 1/2 cups blended tomatoes
  • Half Cup Raw Cashews
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 170 grams Whole Wheat Spaghetti
  • 2-3 tablespoon Water
  • 2-4 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1-2 tsp Freshly Cracked, Coarse Black Pepper
  • 1 Large Handful Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped

Recipe

Put a large pot of salted water to boil and add pasta to it once it’s boiled. Stir regularly. Add tomatoes, cashews, and water to a mixer and blend it till its smooth. Take a large sauté pan, add olive oil to it and sauté garlic until it turns golden brown. Add the sauce from the mixer to the pan and bring it to a simmer. Add salt and let it cook for about 5 minutes while stirring regularly. Add water to thin the sauce and season it if needed. Let it simmer till the pasta is cooked. Drain and add cooked pasta to the pan and sprinkle basil leaves and black pepper to it. Garnish with more if needed and serve hot.
