It can indeed be incredibly challenging to maintain kindness, especially in the face of individuals who exhibit traits like foolishness, selfishness, and toxicity. In moments of stress or emotional exhaustion, the impulse to retaliate or withdraw can be overpowering. However, it’s precisely during these trying times that the practice of kindness becomes most crucial.
