This second appeal has been filed by the appellant

against the judgment and Decree Dated 8.12.2016 passed by

learned Additional District Judge No.3, Chittorgarh in Civil Regular

First Appeal No.16/2014 whereby he has rejected the application

filed by the appellant under Section 5 of the Indian Limitation Act

so also the first appeal filed by the appellant against the judgment

and decree dated 19.5.2006 passed by learned Civil Judge (JD),

Rashmi, District Chittorgarh in Civil Original Suit No.11/1999.
