Making your own DIY body wash couldn’t be easier. — Simply fill a 16oz bottle with 12oz of distilled water and add 20g packet of body wash powder. Gently swirl and allow to activate for 5-6 hours. Once activated, add 80-96 drops of your favorite essential oil. — That’s it!

I was recently sent a Body Wash Powder kit for review, so let’s check it out!
I received a 20g packet of Body Wash Powder, along with an amber plastic bottle, pump top, and a bottle of “Happy Joy” Essential Oil Blend.
The first step was to fill the bottle with 12oz of distilled water.
Next, I needed to add the entire contents of the Body Wash Powder packet. (I used a metal funnel to prevent spillage, but it’s not required.)
Once added, I gently swirled the bottle to incorporate the ingredients and allowed them to activate overnight. (The directions specify 5-6 hours for activation.)
The following day, I added the required amount of “Happy Joy” Essential Oil Blend. — Roughly 80-96 drops. Again, you can customize this with whichever scent/blend that you’d like.
After the oil was added, I gently shook the bottle once more and inserted the pump top.
I then transferred the bottle to my shower and it was ready to go! — I’m usually a bar soap kinda girl (which is what’s usually on that shelf), but I enjoyed mixing things up with this “homemade” body wash. It lathered up really nicely and the “Happy Joy” scent smelled amaaaazing. So energizing!
