Let’s see what’s in the September 2023 Amoda Tea box!
Everything was shipped in a small brown box with a white Amoda Tea logo in the center.
A peek inside!
A 2-sided info card included a full color tea-themed photo on one side, with a message about this month’s tea selections on the other. The QR code printed at the bottom gives you access to additional info on the teas as well as recipes and tips.
All of the teas were individually packaged in resealable pouches with labels noting their tasting notes, caffeine content, brewing instructions, and full ingredient list.
Naked Teas Galore “Vanilla Cola”
“Vanilla Cola” is a high-caffeine blend that gives you the sweet, vanilla-infused flavor of your favorite soda without all of those empty calories. It contains a satisfying combination of Ceylon black tea, bilberry leaf, blackberry leaf, blue cornflowers, and natural flavoring. For more of an authentic soda-like experience, this can easily be prepared iced with carbonated water.
Naked Teas Galore “Lemon Ginger”
Lemon & ginger is one of my favorite flavor combinations when it comes to tea blends. This zesty offering from Naked Teas Galore features a sweet & spicy mix of red rooibos, ginger, lemongrass (another one of my faves), calendula, and natural flavoring. It’s caffeine-free and an ideal choice to enjoy as you unwind at the end of a long day.
Naked Teas Galore “Kiwi-Blueberry”
I developed a love for blueberry tea a couple years ago, so I was excited to see this “Kiwi-Blueberry” flavor in September’s shipment. The fruity, all-organic blend consists of Ceylon green tea, blueberries, bilberry leaf, hibiscus, blue cornflowers, and natural flavoring. It’s low in caffeine and can be enjoyed hot or over ice.
Verdicteas “Exotic Vacation”
September’s final selection — as the label suggests — is best enjoyed in the sun. It’s a floral & fruity blend consisting of green tea, lime tree flowers, lavender flowers, marigold flowers, safflowers, and natural flavoring. It’s low in caffeine and has a sharp lime aroma. Yum!
Biodegradable Tea Filters
A roll of disposable/100% biodegradable tea filters are also included in every box. I didn’t count them, but it looks to be plenty to use with the included teas. Additional filters can also be purchased as an “add-on”.
My September 2023 Amoda Tea shipment included a great sampling of black, green, and herbal tea blends. I’m most looking forward to trying “Lemon Ginger”, “Kiwi-Blueberry”, and “Exotic Vacation”!
