Time to unbox & review the November 2022 Fit Snack box!
Fit Snack is a snack subscription box that’s curated to include items that are both well balanced and nutrient dense. Each box will contain 6 to 9 healthy items ranging from snack foods to cooking mixes, supplements, beverages, and more. When selecting products to include in the box, they use the Fit Snack “Perfect 10″. Put simply, they look for snacks that fall into one or more of these categories: Nutrient Dense (high in protein, complex carbs, low sugar index), Consciously Made (GMO free, organic production, sustainably farmed), and Diversified Energy (gluten free, clean eating, paleo, raw).

Miracle Tree Organic Moringa Watermelon Tea
Moringa is a “superfood” whose leaves contain over 90 nutrients — including 47 antioxidants, 25 vitamins & minerals, and all 9 essential amino acids. The tea above combines dried organic moringa leaves with natural watermelon flavor for a refreshing beverage that you can enjoy any time of day. Thanks to it being caffeine-free, you can sip this brew right into the nighttime. The (full-sized!) box contains 25 individually wrapped sachets.
Savor by Suzie Roasted Garlic & Herb Grain-Free Pretzels
These crunchy bite-sized pretzels are not only allergy friendly, but are also vegan, gluten-free, grain-free, and non-GMO. Plus, they’re made in a tree nut-free facility. The flavor above features a savory blend of garlic, onion, nutritional yeast, red pepper, rosemary, and other natural spices.
Cheeky P’s Flavoured Crunchy Chickpeas
Cheeky P’s looks to be a UK-based brand and I received two different flavors of their roasted chickpea snacks in this month’s box. “Kickin’ Curry” and “Lip-Smackin’ Cheese” are both vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and packed with fiber & plant-based protein. These sound delicious and I’m looking forward to enjoying them soon!
2Go! Organic Dehydrated Banana
The package above contains just one simple ingredient: Organic dehydrated bananas. No added sugars, oils, sulfites, concentrates, flavors, preservatives, or other unneeded additives. Dehydrated fruit is superior to dried fruit because it preserves all of the fruit’s fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
Bakery on Main Strawberry Shortcake Instant Oatmeal
A gluten-free instant oatmeal made with heart-healthy ancient grains & seeds including flax, chia, quinoa, and amaranth. It’s all natural, non-GMO, certified gluten-free, and vegan-friendly. Each serving contains 5 grams of fiber and 7 grams of protein.
Bakery on Main Cranberry Almond Maple Gluten-Free Granola
This non-GMO granola is both vegan friendly & gluten-free and features sweetened dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, almonds, flax & sesame seeds, and more. We tend to receive this product/flavor in many Fit Snack boxes and although I do enjoy it, I’m not all that excited to see it included so often.
Nutrilicious Smokey BBQ Crunchy Pumpkin Seeds
Another UK-based brand, these crunchy pumpkin seeds are coated with a tangy barbecue seasoning for a savory snack. They’re both vegan-friendly & gluten free and each serving contains 12 grams of protein, 2 grams of fiber, and 2 grams of carbs.
My November 2022 Fit Snack box included a nice selection of salty snacks, savory seeds, flavorful pretzels, hearty oatmeal, and more.
