Time to unbox & review the August 2022 Fit Snack box!
Fit Snack is a snack subscription box that’s curated to include items that are both well balanced and nutrient dense. Each box will contain 6 to 9 healthy items ranging from snack foods to cooking mixes, supplements, beverages, and more. When selecting products to include in the box, they use the Fit Snack “Perfect 10″. Put simply, they look for snacks that fall into one or more of these categories: Nutrient Dense (high in protein, complex carbs, low sugar index), Consciously Made (GMO free, organic production, sustainably farmed), and Diversified Energy (gluten free, clean eating, paleo, raw).

Fiber Gourmet Everything Snack Crackers
These savory, hexagon-shaped crackers are great for health-conscious snackers, as they have 53% less calories compared to the leading brands. Each serving has just 70 calories, 8 grams of net carbs, and an impressive 14 grams of fiber. “Everything” features a flavorful blend of sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sea salt, honey, molasses, garlic powder, and other natural ingredients.
Ka-Pop! Cinnamon Churro Puffs
Ka-Pop! offers a wide range of crunchy snacks that are always vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and allergen-free. These cinnamon churro flavored puffs sound delicious and are made with real cinnamon and a touch of milled cane sugar. Yum! Surprisingly, each serving contains just 3 grams of sugar and only 130 calories.
Ka-Pop! Dill Pickle Flavored Rings
If sweet snacks aren’t your thing, Fit Snack also included a bag of Ka-Pop!’s dill pickle flavored rings for fans of tangy, pickle-y snacks. 😉 Like the puffs above, these crunchy rings are free from common allergens including gluten, corn, and dairy. They’re also non-GMO and have zero grams of sugar per serving!
Bakery on Main Cranberry Almond Maple Gluten-Free Granola
This non-GMO granola is both vegan friendly & gluten-free and features sweetened dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, almonds, flax & sesame seeds, and more. We tend to receive this product/flavor in many Fit Snack boxes and although I do enjoy it, I’m not all that excited to see it included so often.
Bakery on Main Gluten Free White Chip Raspberry Swirl Granola
This is another product/flavor that pops up in a LOT of Fit Snack boxes. Again, I’m never too stoked to see them, but thankfully my kiddos are big fans. This non-GMO granola is both vegan friendly & gluten-free and features whole grain oats, white chocolate chips, brown rice, dried raspberries, and more.
Karmalize.Me Organic Raw Heirloom Almonds
Karmalize.Me’s raw organic almonds are never irradiated, steam pasteurized, or chemically sterilized. These sprout-able nuts are a 100% raw food with all of their nutrients, fats, and enzymes still all intact. They’re non-GMO, vegan-friendly, and contain absolutely nothing artificial.
My August 2022 Fit Snack box included a couple new products, along with plenty of old favorites. My personal favorites this time were the Ka-Pop!
