Let’s see what’s in the June 2022 Amoda Tea box!
Everything was shipped in a small brown box with a white Amoda Tea logo in the center.
A peek inside!
An info card listed all of the teas included in June’s box, as well as tasting notes for each one.
All of the teas were individually packaged in resealable pouches with labels noting their tasting notes, caffeine content, brewing instructions, and full ingredient list.
Ranger Tea Crafters “Orange Blossom”
I’m always happy to try a new citrus-infused tea! “Orange Blossom” from Ranger Tea Crafters contains a fragrant combination of Jade cloud green tea, white tea, lemongrass, tulsi, jasmine green tea, and pure cold pressed essential oils of lime, orange, and tangerine. It has low caffeine and is great when served hot or iced.
Ranger Tea Crafters “Provence Grey”
This full-bodied tea is made with 100% organic ingredients sourced from around the globe. It features a blend of Ceylon from Sri Lankan tea estate grown at 4000-5900 feet above sea level and Assam grade grown between 500-1500. It also contains fragrant lavender and pure cold-pressed bergamot essential oils from Calabria, Italy.
Chaibaba “Solstice”
Celebrate the onset of summer (and the longest day of the year) with this fitting “Solstice” blend from Chaibaba. It consists of cooling peppermint, honeybush, lavender, vanilla pieces, and natural vanilla flavor. Since the herb-only blend contains no tea leaves, it has zero caffeine and can be enjoyed all day long with no tea-induced jitters.
Vedic Teas “Turmeric Magic”
This 100% organic blend from Vedic Teas is high in caffeine, making it an ideal tea to enjoy as you start your day. It contains an aromatic blend of black tea, turmeric pieces, orange slices, marigold flowers, mango pieces, pineapple pieces, papaya pieces and natural flavors. When brewed it turns a pretty golden yellow color, thanks to the turmeric.
Biodegradable Tea Filters
A roll of disposable/100% biodegradable tea filters are also included in every box. I didn’t count them, but it looks to be plenty to use with the included teas. Additional filters can also be purchased as an “add-on”.
Postcard
This month’s “postcard” featured a pretty grouping of colorful teas on one side, with tips on making both hot and cold brew iced tea on the other.
June’s Amoda Tea shipment included a nice sampling of black, green and herbal blends. I’m most looking forward to enjoying Ranger Tea’s “Orange Blossom”, Chaibaba’s “Solstice”, and Vedict Tea’s “Turmeric Magic”.
