All you have to do is sign up to become a member (also free) and fill out a personal profile on their site. If you meet the requirements for a Goodie Box — based on various factors like demographics, interest in current products, etc. — you’ll be eligible for a box and shipped one at zero cost to you. Each box will feature samples of various food, drink, and personal care items which you’ll be asked to review in your online profile.
