She followed design and technological trends while always being online. renowned for her unwavering devotion, magnanimity, warmth, and exquisite taste. Joni permanently impacted countless homes and hearts. When Joni met her love, Benjamin Keith Webb, her life took off. The night Ben’s parents met Ralph, he proposed to his daughter.

Joni is survived by her husband Benjamin Keith Webb, her daughter Sarah Elisabeth Webb Duncan (Robert), and her sisters Cathy Wise (Robert) and Melanie Chotiner. She is also survived by her many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and her beloved dog, Nellie.
