Ryan Demby Obituary-Death News; Howard County Sheriff’s Deputy Passed Shot Dead At Federal Hill Bar in Baltimore, MD

At 12:14 a.m. on Friday, a sheriff’s deputy who was not on duty was shot in a pub on South Charles Street, according to the Howard County Sheriff’s Office and Baltimore City Police. After being transported to Shock Trauma, the 23-year-old victim passed away.

According to city police, there had been an argument verbally prior to the shooting. Following the incident, Ryan Demby suffered injuries that ultimately led to his death.

The unexpected and terrible death of an off-duty officer who was shot and murdered in Baltimore last night is being mourned by the Howard County Sheriff’s Office. Around midnight, Deputy Ryan Demby was in a tavern when some customers started yelling at each other.

Shots were fired during the altercation, and Deputy Demby was injured. The incident is being looked into by the Baltimore Police Department.
