The family of a lady slain after partying at a popular entertainment venue uploaded a video in which she expresses excitement about dancing her heart out.

Mitchel Dang, 25, was discovered dead in an adjacent parking garage days later. Her family has stated that they do not want to see any more deaths in the Underground Atlanta neighborhood.

She was quite enthusiastic about her final night out. “Okay, so this is the shirt. “A black miniskirt,” she says in a video posted hours before her death.

She donned the costume to an Alley Cat production at Underground Atlanta’s Club Future at the end of August.

“I’m just going to go and dance my heart away,” she replies cheerfully.

Mitchel Dang was killed on the night out. Four days later, police discovered her body in the parking garage across from the Fulton County courthouse.

Her demise, according to her family, has crushed their hearts.

“She was simply a lovely person.” And what happened to her was completely undeserved,” her younger sister Maggie told Channel 2′s Tom Jones.

Ja’Keivious Arnold, 24, was arrested in DeKalb County nearly a month after her death.

Arnold allegedly grabbed Mitchel Dang, stole her phone, then murdered her with his hands and feet after she left the bar.

Dang’s family is curious about what transpired in such a public setting. They claim to be telling Mitchel Dang’s story for one purpose.

“We hope that saves a life.” And if that means improved security and increased police presence in the Underground Atlanta,” remarked Mary Dang’s sister. Then they say they hope her tale serves as a foundation for it to happen.
