Bruce Leon Bailey Death News: Bruce, A Retired Sergeant Canadian Air Force passed away at 86years

It is with great sadness that the family of Bruce Leon Bailey of Dayspring, who is 86years old pasing away to the Lord on Thursday October13,2022 at South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater.

Bruce was born in Middle LaHave on September 13, 1936 to Cedric and Audrey (Crouse) Bailey.

Bruce retired from the Royal Canadian Air Force as a Sergeant after 25 years of service. He subsequently started a second job, spending more than 13 years managing the Ice House at National Sea Products.

Bruce was a caring husband, father, and grandfather.

He was an elder at St. John’s United Church in Middle LaHave and an active member of the congregation. Bruce liked cars and treated them with the utmost care. He was well known for being an enthusiastic weather watcher and for enjoying both driving and traveling.

Bruce’s first wife, Ruth, predeceased him in addition to his parents,Bruce also lost his sister Gretchen Fell, brother David, and brothers-in-law Ron Fell, Lloyd Burns, and Douglas Oickle.

Bruce Leon Bailey cause of death has never been made public. We will surely update this news as soon as we are able to get more information regarding this. We pray that God grants those mourning this death the strength and the courage to carry on.

Their three children, Michael (Rachel) Bailey of Lunenburg, Lynn Clarke of Dayspring, and Sueann Bailey (Dardennell Harnish) of Upper LaHave, as well as their grandchildren Brogan (Jenna), Ben (Keertana)
, Brennan Bailey, and Billy Clarke (Alexandrea Hynes), and great-grandchildren Blake and Bree Bailey, survive Bruce. Bruce’s second wife, Lucy (Zwicker/Selig), and their children, Phillip (Calgary, AB), Charlotte (Mike Nicolson), Bridgewater, Christine, and step-grandson Josh Crouse, Antigonish, are also left to mourn his passing.
